This workout I got from Cassie at Blogilates, I am a perfectionist and completely anal. With that said, when I printed out her printable from her website it only came out on the left corner of the paper. That would drive me insane so I took matters into my own hands and created my own printable for the workout. Again, I can't take any credit for this workout, but I thought I would share the printable with the design I made. All of you should check out her workouts, she is incredibly fun and makes every workout something to look forward to!
